Radiant Girls is a community of women growing together through fellowship, worship, and the Word—learning to reflect Christ’s love and walk boldly in the calling God has placed on their lives.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to equip and empower women to live radiantly, reflecting Christ’s love in every area of life.
Through fellowship, worship, and the Word, women are encouraged to grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and step into their unique God-given callings.
Every gathering is an opportunity to know Jesus more deeply, encourage one another, and walk confidently in the truth of who we are in Christ.

Pastor Roxanne Vargas
Pastor Roxanne leads Radiant Girls with a passion to see women encounter the transforming love of Jesus and understand the identity and purpose they have in Him.
Her heart is to create a place where women can be real, grow deeper in the Word, experience God’s presence, find encouragement, and become increasingly confident in following His calling.

Ana Ramos
Ana helps lead Radiant Girls with a heart for connection, community, and creating meaningful experiences where women can encounter God and build genuine relationships.
She brings purpose, creativity, and excellence to each gathering while helping women feel welcomed, encouraged, and empowered to take their next step in faith.
